What is the EATGNV Partner Program?

The EATGNV Partner Program is a monthly visibility subscription designed to keep your restaurant consistently visible to Gainesville diners through scheduled story exposure and curated features.

This program focuses on repetition and recognition, not one-off influencer posts.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The Partner Program requires a 3-month minimum commitment.

Consistent visibility works best over time, and the minimum ensures partners receive meaningful exposure across multiple months.

After the initial 3 months, the subscription continues month-to-month unless canceled.

How does billing work?

  • Billed monthly
  • 3-month minimum commitment
  • Auto-renews monthly after the initial term
  • Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing cycle after the minimum term
  • No refunds once a billing period begins

What does “guaranteed” mean?

Guaranteed means the deliverable will be published during the month as long as content is submitted on time and meets basic quality standards.

Guaranteed deliverables do not roll over if content is not submitted by the deadline.

What does “eligible for selection” mean?

Eligible for selection means your restaurant may be included, but inclusion is not guaranteed.

Selection depends on timing, content readiness, and overall fit with current features.

Who provides the content?

For story reshares, restaurants typically provide their own content.

For Chef’s Special partners, EATGNV will create content for the guaranteed monthly feature unless otherwise stated.

All content is subject to editorial review.

When will my restaurant be posted?

Posts are scheduled throughout the month.

  • Content must be submitted by the monthly deadline
  • Posting dates and timing are determined by EATGNV
  • Late submissions may roll to the following month

Do unused deliverables roll over?

No. Deliverables reset monthly and do not roll over.

This ensures fair scheduling and consistent visibility for all partners.

Will you feature competing restaurants?

Yes. EATGNV features a variety of Gainesville restaurants.

The Partner Program is about visibility, not exclusivity.

Do partners receive content usage rights?

Content usage rights for EATGNV-created posts are not included by default.

Usage rights may be available as a paid add-on for select content.

What if my restaurant is slow or closed for a period?

Partners are still responsible for the monthly subscription during the commitment period.

If you anticipate closures or schedule changes, communicate early so we can plan accordingly.

Can EATGNV decline or remove a partner?

Yes. Participation is subject to approval.

EATGNV reserves the right to decline, pause, or remove partners whose content, conduct, or offerings do not align with brand standards or audience expectations.

Does EATGNV guarantee sales or customer traffic?

No.

While the program is designed to increase visibility and brand recognition, sales, traffic, and revenue results are not guaranteed.
