Shipping policy

  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

    We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  2. PROCESSING TIMES

    Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time may be longer during product launches, sales, or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  3. DELIVERY TIMES

    Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

  4. TRACKING INFORMATION

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

  5. SHIPPING DELAYS

    VL Collective LLC is not responsible for:

         -     Delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
         -     Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
         -     Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

    For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  6. SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
