Eat Gainesville Store : Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, but due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

FINAL SALE
All items purchased from the Eat Gainesville Store are final sale. Please review your cart carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of the item being marked as delivered. Email eatgainesville@gmail.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and defect
- A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not provided. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, you agree to be responsible for any fees imposed on us as a result of the dispute. You also agree to reimburse us for the full transaction amount if the claim is resolved in our favor.
