LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time will be considered a no-show and will not be permitted to join the Pilates class. This helps ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all participants.

A $20 no-show fee will apply. You're still welcome to join us for the social hour immediately following class.

This event will take place in an open-air setting and is subject to weather conditions.

In the event of rain or severe weather, the session will be rescheduled. All ticket holders will be promptly notified of the new date. Please note that all ticket purchases are final, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Each Fall Wellness Series reservation provides one admission per scheduled event and may only be used for the designated event date. Unused admissions are forfeited if not redeemed and may not be transferred to another event, future season, or guest.

Reservations are non-transferable and are valid only for the original purchaser. Individual event admissions included in the Fall Wellness Series may not be shared, gifted, or used by another person.

$20 NO-SHOW FEE POLICY

A $20 no-show fee will be charged to the payment method on file for participants who fail to attend their reserved class or event without canceling their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

To avoid a no-show fee, participants must email us at 616pilates@gmail.com or message us at @616.pilates at least 48 hours prior to the Event start time and receive confirmation that their spot has been cancelled.

Please note that canceling your reservation does not qualify for a refund, credit, or ticket transfer. All ticket sales are final.

Because our experiences are intentionally intimate with limited capacity, canceling in advance allows us to offer your reservation to another guest and helps preserve the experience for our community.

By reserving your spot, you authorize VL Collective LLC d/b/a 616 Pilates to charge the payment method on file for any applicable no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
