Early check in + settle onto mats

4:00 PM – 4:50 PM
50 minute signature Pilates class

4:50 PM – 5:00 PM
Guided meditation + cold lavender towels

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Recovery social at Auk Market including massage chair experiences, Moose Matcha, shopping vendors, icebreakers, and socializing.

$20 NO-SHOW FEE POLICY

A $20 no-show fee may be charged to the original payment method on file for participants who fail to attend the Event without providing at least 24 hours’ advance notice.

To avoid a no-show fee, participants must email us at 616pilates@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the Event start time and receive confirmation that their spot has been cancelled.

Please note that canceling your spot does not qualify for a refund, credit, or ticket transfer. All ticket sales are final.

Because our events are intentionally curated and often have limited spots available, advance notice helps us open your spot to guests on our waitlist and ensures the best possible experience for the community.

Every individual counts toward the energy and experience we are building together.

By purchasing a ticket, you authorize VL Collective LLC d/b/a 616 Pilates to charge the payment method used at checkout for applicable no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
